ARE YOU A PERSON WITH MS?
Please note: registering as a client with us and registering as a member of MS Queensland are not the same thing.
WHAT IS A CLIENT?
By completing the client registration form, you will be able to stay informed about MS Queensland's key activities, be connected with our Regional Service Coordinators and given access to our range of services. Proof of diagnosis is required, for example a letter from your neurologist, but there is no cost to register as a client with us.
To be eligible for any of our services, also becoming a member with us is not required.
WHAT IS A MEMBER?
Completing the membership form allows you, your family and friends to support MS Queensland's work in the community and raise awareness of multiple sclerosis. A membership fee of just $33 per year is payable to cover administration and distribution costs to receive our quarterley magazine MS Life.
Anyone can become a member, whether you have MS or not. All members are entitled to give their input at the Annual General Meeting and receive a copy of our quarterly MS Life magazine.
Life membership is also available for just a one off payment of $330 - please contact us for details.
